The aim of pre-incubation (PINK)
is to move from a business idea to a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) or product. By using the MVP or product, pre-incubation programme carries out its validation.

The PINK workbook is based on the Lean Startup method, which aims to shorten the product/service development cycle by using as few resources as possible (money, time, and effort) and by conducting hypothesis-based testing and experiments from the very beginning of product development. How does it work? It helps to avoid time-consuming and expensive projects that do not meet the needs of the buyer and for which they are not willing to pay.

The PINK workbook is supplemented by a cycle of lectures, in which the LIAA Business Incubator team explains the topics covered in the work material. A total of 11 lectures are available on the following topics: target customer, brand, about PINK school, validation, PINK school graduation, value proposition, business model, brand visual identity, finance, presentation skills, surveys, and interviews.
